Eligibility: This giveaway is open to members of Royalty Slots (Royalty Rewards) who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Royalty Slots and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of Royalty Slots, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning and receiving the prize offered in this giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on April 9th, 2024 and ends on June 1st, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Entry into the giveaway is automatic for Royalty Slots members who have achieved VIP status by accumulating 30 lifetime points at the time the giveaway ends. Members can earn two points per day. No additional purchase or action is required to enter. Eligibility to win is contingent upon being a VIP member in good standing at the time of the drawing. Multiple entries for the same person by any means, including but not limited to creating multiple Fivestars accounts, will result in disqualification of all entries from that person.

Prize: Ten (10) winners will initially be selected to each receive a cash prize of $100. From these ten cash prize winners, one (1) will be further selected to receive the grand prize: a backyard renovation with a total value of approximately $3,000. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted for the backyard renovation. The cash prizes are non transferable.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Royalty Slots from among all eligible VIP members. The first drawing will select ten (10) winners to receive the cash prizes. A subsequent drawing will then be held among these ten winners to select one (1) recipient for the backyard renovation grand prize. Winners will be notified via text, phone, or email within 48 hours following the selection. Failure to respond within the specified time period (48 hours), ineligibility of the winner, or failure to accept the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, at the discretion of Royalty Slots.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Royalty Slots, anyone acting on behalf of Royalty Slots, and Royalty Slots’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Access and Supervision: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide Royalty Slots with access to the backyard area for the purposes of taking dimensions and preparing for the renovation. Supervised access will be arranged at a mutually agreeable time.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Royalty Slots, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.

Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Illinois having jurisdiction.
